How It Works

60-Minute Session Breakdown

Every session is purposeful, coach-led and built to get results.

  1. Warm Up (5–10 min) — Light cardio and dynamic stretching to prepare your body
  2. Main Workout (30–40 min) — Boxing, weights and cardio with form coaching throughout
  3. Cool Down (5–10 min) — Stretching and recovery to reduce soreness and improve flexibility

Group & Pairs Training

Where do the training sessions take place?

Sessions are outdoors across East London — including Ilford, Stratford, Wanstead, Goodmayes and Romford — using local parks and outdoor gym spaces. Home-based sessions can also be arranged to suit you.

How long is each session?

Every session is 60 minutes and fully structured — a proper warm-up, a focused main workout tailored to your goals, and a cool-down to finish safely.

Do I need a gym or my own equipment?

No gym required. Training uses park spaces, outdoor gym equipment and effective bodyweight exercises, so you can get a full workout without a membership.

Do you offer group or pairs training?

Yes — as well as one-to-one personal training, group and pairs sessions are available if you'd prefer to train with a friend or partner.

Are there any discounts available?
